Serve as a Stylist:

  • Guide customers through the "Step into Style" experience by providing personalized styling recommendations across product categories and creating head-to-toe solutions that reflect their lifestyle and individual style.
  • Build customer confidence by thoughtfully addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and recommending solutions that best fit the customer's preferences and needs.
  • Stay informed on Cole Haan's seasonal collections, product innovations, key features, and current fashion trends and share relevant information with the customer.

Create Extraordinary Customer Experiences:

  • Consistently uphold Cole Haan's valuses by putting the customer first, active with integrity, collaborating with teammates, and delivering experiences that inspire confidence.

Support Store Operations:

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures & notify management of any infractions.

  • Support and maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company expectations and the elevated Cole Haan brand experience.
  • Support store operations through receiving & processing shipment and sales floor replenishment.
  • Support Enterprise Order Management (EOM)-Omni Channel Processing.
  • Execute all housekeeping tasks.
