The Manager, Site Merchandising, leads the design and optimization of site layouts and category displays to enhance customer engagement and drive traffic. This role leverages customer analytics and market research to inform strategic site changes and merchandising initiatives. Collaborating cross-functionally, the manager influences business partners with clear communication and data-driven insights. Responsibilities include managing product launches, monitoring site performance, and supporting long-term category strategies. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to deliver impactful site experiences aligned with business objectives.
  About the team:
The Site Merchandising team enhances the online shopping experience for the Wellness category by leading visual merchandising, content strategy, and site planning. Utilizing data-driven insights and market research, the team drives continuous improvement and innovation. They collaborate across functions to develop and implement site strategies aligned with business objectives. Emphasizing clear communication, effective project management, and a customer-focused approach, the team delivers impactful results that support eCommerce growth. Their expertise includes influencing skills, customer analytics, category strategy, market research, and business communication to optimize site performance and customer engagement.
  What you'll do:
  • Build and optimize site merchandising for assigned departments by designing traffic plans, product layouts, and featured displays.
  • Drive customer engagement through search result strategies and collaboration with Marketing partners.
  • Analyze customer behavior and market data to recommend site improvements and category strategies.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Manage product launches and promotional campaigns, evaluating their effectiveness and providing actionable feedback.
  • Utilize web analytics and SEO best practices to enhance site structure and content relevance.
  • Lead and develop team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
