Position Summary...As Manager, Operations –Shopper & InHome Transformation and Growth, you will help drive initiatives that improve the end-to-end shopping and delivery journey for customers, shoppers, and field teams. This role will support roadmap development, partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders, and help bring new capabilities to life that improve customer experience, shopper productivity, and cost-to-serve.

  • Support the development and execution of a multi-quarter transformation roadmap across Shopper and InHome experiences.
  • Identify marketplace and operational opportunities using data, AI enabled insights, customer/shopper feedback, and field input.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to design, test, and scale solutions.
  • Manage multiple operational workstreams by building project plans, organizing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder alignment.
  • Evaluate trade-offs across speed, cost, experience, and operational complexity to deliver measurable business outcomes.
