Position Summary...Walmart Connect’s Sales Leadership team is seeking an experienced Director to help scale and grow the Walmart Connect CTV Sales Specialist Team. This seasoned sales executive will own the strategy and implementation for a team of CTV Sales Specialists who carry quota for Walmart’s CTV offering. The Sales Specialist Team is a group of expert sellers who support the Enterprise Sales Team and the Agency Sales Team by collaborating on account strategy and delivering pitches for Walmart’s ad products.
The ideal candidate will successfully balance sales and program management showing an ability to create structure in a complex, cross-functional organization. This candidate should be an expert in CTV, including demonstrated ability to understand industry trends, customer needs, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales Operations, Product, and Product Marketing teams. The leader should also have a demonstrated ability to thrive in an overlay environment where they have worked with other sales teams as the team will need to consult with other Walmart Connect sales leaders to understand needs and deliver against objectives. They will be students of our Walmart ecosystem and how we can better serve our customers. They will bring a solution-oriented mindset every day to build and grow world class partnerships that deliver significant business growth for Walmart Connect and our clients’ businesses. The candidate will have managed and scaled businesses in the past. Ideal candidates will have management experience as well as extensive experience selling or buying CTV with some experience in retail media.   • Be responsible for driving results while strategically building a structured Walmart CTV Sales Specialist team
