As a Staff Product Manager at Walmart, you will lead strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. This role requires deep customer and technical insight, strong stakeholder leadership, and ownership of multi-quarter product vision and roadmaps. What you'll do:
  • Co-own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for Checkout experiences and platform capabilities across Walmart eCommerce.
  • Drive 0→1 product development, from opportunity identification and strategy definition through build, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, data science and business partners to ensure alignment on customer needs, business goals, and execution milestones.
  • Leverage customer insights, analytics, experimentation, and market research to guide strategic decision-making and prioritize roadmap investments.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify the checkout journey, reduce customer effort, and improve conversion through data-driven product innovation.
  • Influence executive stakeholders by framing tradeoffs, establishing KPIs, and advocating for initiatives that drive measurable customer and business impact.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
