Walmart.com or eBay Marketing Specialist Needed – Premium Food Brand: CAcafe Coffee and Tea Series

About Us:
NewNew Foods DBA CAcafe (www.cacafe.com) is an established premium coffee and tea brand, known for innovative, high-quality beverage products. As we expand our reach beyond Amazon, we are seeking experienced eCommerce agencies or contractors to manage and grow our presence on Walmart.com and eBay as separate sales channels.

We are looking to hire one contractor/agency per platform (Walmart.com or eBay). Each must bring proven success and platform-specific expertise.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing successful Walmart.com Marketplace or eBay Stores

  • Deep knowledge of eCommerce best practices, especially in the food & beverage category

  • Expertise in product listing optimization, SEO, and merchandising strategies

  • Strong background in paid advertising on respective platforms (Walmart Connect or eBay Promoted Listings)

  • Ability to manage inventory, pricing, and logistics in coordination with our team

  • Experience running seasonal campaigns and promotions

  • Capability to generate clear performance reports and ROI analysis

Flexible Compensation Structure Options:

  1. Pure Commission Model:

    • Higher commission rates on all sales

    • Performance bonuses for exceeding targets

    • No monthly retainer

  2. Hybrid Performance Model:

    • Low monthly base fee + competitive commission

    • Bonuses tied to specific KPIs (sales growth, ROAS, etc.)

    • Scaling incentives as revenue increases

  3. Trial Period Structure:

    • 90-day trial with reduced base fee

    • Transition to preferred compensation model upon proven success

    • Clear metrics defined at the start
