Our client is a company founded in 2001 that develops, manufactures and distributes unique products for hygiene, infection control and body care. It is headquartered in Paris, with offices in the USA, Japan, and Italy, and distribution in more than 60 countries. Since its set-up in 2010, our client's US operation has been growing at a very fast pace and is now selling its products in more than 24,000 retail stores including Walgreens, CVS, Wal-Mart. Our client is also a growing leader in the field of infection control for hospitals. 

To accompany the very strong growth of our client's healthcare division, we are currently seeking a full time field sales support administrator to provide back office support for our Field Sales team. 

Job Description

Responsibilities / Duties include: 

  • Answering phone calls
  • Manage accounts receivable
  • Manage accounts payable
  • Order management : receipt & acknowledgment, entry into invoicing system, negotiation of shipping rates with carriers and/or brokers, dispatch instructions to warehouse for handling & shipping; ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner. 
  • Attend US tradeshows and congresses. Traveling within the US may be required. 

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer literate
  • Proactive on the phone
  • Self-motivated
