Job description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Cordele, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including preparing vacant units, handling routine service calls, and responding to emergency maintenance needs.

Pay Rate: $16 to $20 per hour (Based on skill level).

Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday, 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM, with rotating weekends.
