Warehouse Associate / Order Selector (Night Shift)
Location: Ashland, VA
Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Associates and Order Selectors to join our growing team in Ashland, VA. This role is ideal for individuals with experience as a Warehouse Associate or Order Selector, as well as candidates looking to build a long-term career in warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Associate / Order Selector, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory movement, and overall warehouse efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Associate and Order Selector, your duties will include:
  • Unload palletized and floor-loaded inbound containers as a Warehouse Associate
  • Accurately receive, label, and scan products using RF equipment in a Warehouse Associate role
  • Perform order picking duties as an Order Selector, following RF or voice-directed systems
  • Safely move inventory from reserve to picking locations as a Warehouse Associate / Order Selector
  • Select, stage, and prepare outbound orders accurately as an Order Selector
  • Read and apply picking labels while working as an Order Selector
  • Transport products using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment as a Warehouse Associate
  • Maintain productivity standards expected of a high-performing Order Selector
  • Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as a Warehouse Associate
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment consistent with Warehouse Associate standards
  • Report damages, safety concerns, or discrepancies promptly
  • Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned
