Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer vaccines
  • Screen patients for contraindications and health history before immunization.
  • Educate patients on vaccine benefits, risks, and expected side effects.
  • Monitor patients post-vaccination for immediate adverse reactions or anaphylaxis.
  • Document administration accurately in electronic health records (HER EPIC) and registry databases.
  • Maintain cold chain storage requirements for vaccine temperature stability
Skills:

Education/Experience:
