Waiting staff, also known as waiters or waitresses, are employees in restaurants, cafes, or other food service settings who are responsible for serving food and drinks to customers. Their duties typically include taking orders, delivering food and beverages to tables, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling payments. These skills ensure efficient service, customer satisfaction, and smooth restaurant operations.
