Job description

Ferch's Crafthouse Grille in Wauwatosa, WI is looking for 1-2 servers/waitstaff to join our dynamic team! We are located on 418 N. Mayfair Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting/seating patrons
  • Presenting the menu and helping customers select food/drinks with full menu knowledgment
  • Making recommendations, and delivering food/drinks to tables
  • Delivering a great customer experience
  • Collecting payment for bill of sale
  • Performing side work tasks, as well as weekly checklist duties
  • Having positive attitude, and bringing the spirit


Qualifications

  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • Able to multitask efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience as a Server, Waitstaff a plus but not required
