Full-time | Immediate Start


We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and support financial operations. This role works closely with management and plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting payroll processes.


Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bookkeeping and general ledger entries
  • Assist with payroll processing and related reports
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records
  • Support month-end closing and basic financial reporting
  • Work closely with management on financial needs and requests


Requirements

  • 13 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting (preferred)
  • Familiarity with accounting systems/software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work onsite in Waikiki
