Job Title: Water Restoration Technician (WRT Certified)
Location: Marysville, WA

Description:
PuroClean of Marysville is seeking a skilled Water Restoration Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must hold a minimum IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification and have hands-on experience in water mitigation, structural drying, and restoration procedures.
As a WRT Technician, you will respond to water damage emergencies, perform mitigation services, and help restore affected properties to pre-loss condition. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional with strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mold prevention services
  • Set up and monitor drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers
  • Document job details thoroughly using company software and technology
  • Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site
  • Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members
  • Follow safety guidelines and company protocols at all times
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency services
Requirements:

  • Minimum IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification

  • 1+ year of experience in water mitigation or restoration preferred
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Must provide black protective toe work boots and black or dark-colored pants suitable for field conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications (ASD, AMRT, FSRT)
  • Experience with Dash, MICA, or similar restoration software
  • Knowledge of drying science and psychrometry
