Job TitleDay Porter Job Description SummaryMonday – Friday: 7:00am-3:30pm (may require earlier start occasionally at 6 or 6:30am)
The conference room attendant will coordinate the breaking down and setting up of the conference center at Liberty Mutual in Portsmouth, NH. The attendant will also perform a variety of custodial duties for C&W Services. Such duties shall be in accordance with established standards, instructions, and procedures of C&W Services.Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate the set up and breakdown of conference room areas for scheduled meetings & events
  • Set up of chairs and tables
  • Move furniture as needed
  • Remove trash and recycling
  • Vacuum carpets, spot clean carpets when required
  • Perform routine dusting of vents, lights, ledges, and sills
  • Other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the site/and or building(s)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check
  • Requires attention to detail and pride in work completed
