Job description

Job Summary
Gossett VW Germantown seeks a part-time, results-driven Automotive Service Advisor to provide outstanding customer service to our VW clients in the Memphis, Tennessee area. This is a base-plus-commission sales role based on performance and results. The Service Advisor's primary roles and responsibilities are providing outstanding customer service, the efficient management of customer service operations, and the ability to effectively identify and resolve difficult customer service and technical problems.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a compensation of $55000 to $120000 annually, based on performance and results. Responsibilities
• Provide expert customer service to all VW customers
• Answer questions, address concerns, and provide solutions to customer service issues
• Monitor customer service operations, ensuring an efficient day-to-day operation
• Analyze customer service data to identify areas of improvement
• Assist in developing strategies to improve customer service functionality
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Upsell and encourage add-ons or additional services
