Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious professional to join our manufacturing team as an O-ring Vulcanizing Technician. In this role, you will support the production of high-quality rubber components by operating vulcanizing equipment, preparing materials, monitoring process conditions, and ensuring finished parts meet exact specifications. The ideal candidate is reliable, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor vulcanizing machinery used in the production of O-rings and related rubber components.
  • Prepare raw materials, molds, tooling, and equipment according to production requirements.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure proper temperature, pressure, and curing times during the vulcanizing process.
  • Inspect finished products for defects, dimensional accuracy, and overall quality.
  • Record production data, inspection results, and equipment settings accurately.
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting on equipment.
  • Work closely with supervisors and quality teams to resolve production issues and improve process consistency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Handle materials and finished products with care to reduce waste and prevent damage.

Qualifications
