Job description

HVAC Wholesale Distributor seeking a Ductless VRF / Mini-Split Sales Manager to join an established Team of Professionals focused on serving our customer's needs.
Geary Pacific Supply is looking for an experienced sales leader to help increase our residential and light commercial VRF and Mini-Split sales through all of our locations in CA, OR, WA, CO, AZ, ID and NV. This position is responsible for working with our region sales managers, territory sales managers, and customer service representatives to generate industry leading sales growth of our VRF and Mini-Split product lines. In the role of Ductless Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and Managing our VRF & Ductless sales programs and promotions.
  • Work directly with Region Sales Managers and Territory Sales Managers to generate and close new business.
  • Report to Dealer Program Product Manager to ensure that company sales and profit goals are achieved.

The successful candidate will bring a customer service focused approach, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and always demonstrate excellent communication and professionalism.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to generate new business by finding and closing new opportunities.
  • Train all associates and customers on VRF & Ductless Products and applications.
  • Work effectively with minimum supervision.
  • Organized with a high sense of urgency.
  • Solid understanding of HVAC contractors and their businesses.
  • Minimum 5 years HVAC sales experience.
  • Proficient Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smart Phones, Tablets, etc.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 50-70% of the time.
