Description
Responsible for providing preventative maintenance and repair to compressor customers on-site or in house.  Territory for this position primarily includes all of San Diego. 

Key Responsibilities
• Installs new equipment and electrical/piping work
• Overhauls, repairs and tests compressors, blowers, vacuum pumps and other industrial products
• Provides professional troubleshooting and technical services in person or over the phone
• Provides a high level of customer service in response to customer needs and satisfies their expectations
• Promotes and practices proper safety procedures and the correct use of personal protective equipment at all times
• Completes customer work order forms and other job-related paperwork on a daily basis
• Trains and assists other Service Technicians
• Optimizes sales potential with customers
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibility.

• Professional appearance; a top performer who can instill pride of workmanship in themselves and in others
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good Motor Vehicle Report
• Willingness to work hours outside of the standard schedule as needed, with appropriate notice when possible
• Willingness to travel to customer sites, off-site meetings, company related functions, and the like with short notice
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 software
Education: Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
