To fuel our next stage of growth we are looking for aDirector Paid Acquisitionto join our Marketing leadership team andto own and scale our multi-channel performance marketing engine across audiences.

What you will do:

Strategy and execution:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end user acquisition strategies across paid channels like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Build and lead ahigh-performingteam

Budget management:

  • Manage paid media budgets to achieve set annual growth goals. Forecast costs and sales (as part of the overall P&L) and report on actuals vs forecast monthly, quarterly and annually.

Campaign optimization:

  • Optimize campaigns for user growth and profitability by adjusting creatives, targeting, bids, and budget allocation.

Performance analysis:

  • Capture, monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics like CAC, LTV/CAC, and ROAS to inform decisions.
  • Partner with data science and analytics team to build dashboards and automate reporting.
  • Establish data infrastructure for end-to-end analytics and incrementality testing.

Testing and innovation:

  • Design and tests to improve conversion rates and explore new, unconventional growth opportunities.
  • Set up incrementality tests to demonstrate paid marketing incrementality.

Cross-functional collaboration:

  • Work closely with B2B, Brand and Creative, Product, Web dev and Engineering, and Data Science to align on growth initiatives.

What we are looking for:

  • 7-8+years' experienceas a leaderinfull-funnel user acquisition, with a proventrack recordof managing and scaling multi-objectivepaid media campaigns that show high incrementality and hit set revenue goals.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience in building end-to-end marketing analytics and data infrastructure necessary for capturing paid media profitability and incrementality.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills and the ability to make long-term, data-driven decisions on the ways to grow and optimise.
  • First-handexpertisewith major advertising platforms and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinking to develop high-performing ad creative and testnew approaches.
  • Solid experience in leveraging 1P, 2P and 3P data, user behaviour data, and market signals.
  • Deep experience in leading and influencing teams and stakeholders across different departments, from Company's senior leadership to cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to clearly outline path for growth and requirements.
  • Business fluency in English, another European language would be a plus

Salary Range *: 190-220k USD annually
