Required Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, service ownership, project/product delivery, or related roles

  • Strong experience with Salesforce REST API and Platform Event integration

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end engineering design and implementation for the service.
  • Lead and coordinate the delivery team, including day-to-day execution and delivery management.
  • Drive Scrum ceremonies and maintain strong delivery discipline.
  • Partner closely with Product, Architecture, Engineering, and customer stakeholders.
  • Serve as a combination of Technical Project Manager and Product Owner, while providing hands-on coding and troubleshooting support.
  • Guide the team in designing and implementing scalable API and integration solutions.
  • Ensure quality, timely delivery, and adherence to technical and engineering standards.
  • Coordinate across customer stakeholders and guide the project team toward successful delivery.

A senior Technical Service Owner / Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core, AS400/IBM i, REST APIs, Salesforce integration, IBM MQ, API security, API Gateway, ETL, and API testing, combined with strong stakeholder management, Agile delivery, project/product ownership, and team leadership experience.
