Kelly Engineering is seeking a hands-on Systems Architect to lead the technical direction of a complex optical/electrical hardware product. This is not an IT, cloud, or enterprise software architect role. It is an opportunity for an engineer who wants meaningful ownership, enjoys building new products, and can guide difficult technical decisions from concept through execution. Responsibilities: * Lead system-level architecture for a complex hardware product.
* Define how optical, electrical, sensing, imaging, and related subsystems work together.
* Identify technical risks and make key architecture and design decisions.
* Provide technical leadership across cross-functional engineering teams.
