Our client, an established manufacturer of rugged embedded computing and mission-critical hardware systems, is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead its multi-disciplinary engineering organization. This executive role provides strategic direction across electrical, mechanical, and software engineering functions while ensuring technical rigor, scalable processes, and disciplined product execution.

Operating in highly regulated, performance-driven markets including defense and aerospace, the organization requires a leader who can align engineering execution with long-term product strategy. This is a visible leadership role responsible for shaping the technical roadmap, strengthening engineering culture, and driving sustainable growth.

Vice President of Engineering Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership across electrical, mechanical, and software engineering teams.
