You thrive at the intersection of financial services and innovation and are fluent in how nearshore, offshore, and domestic delivery models support regulated financial institutions.

What You'll Do:

Bill Gosling Outsourcing is looking for a VP, Sales with deep BFIS expertise-especially across banking, community banks, and credit unions-to accelerate our growth in this critical vertical.

Location
  • Remote within the United States
  • Strong preference for candidates based in California or on the U.S. East Coast (ability to travel as needed to clients, events, and company meetings)
Salary

What You'll Do
  • Own the BFIS go-to-market: build and execute a vertical plan targeting regional/community banks, credit unions, and select fintechs/card issuers
  • Build and maintain a new-logo pipeline; lead deals from prospecting to close with executive stakeholders
  • Translate contact center/BPO and AI-enabled solutions (e.g., conversational AI, agent assist, analytics, digital collections, fraud/KYC/AML support, back-office) into clear ROI and business outcomes
  • Expand technology sales within existing accounts; partner with internal product and operations to shape offerings for FI use cases
  • Promote our global footprint (nearshore, offshore, domestic) with attention to regulatory, data residency, and security requirements
  • Be a visible brand ambassador at banking and credit union conferences and events; cultivate relationships with analysts and influencers
  • Maintain a rigorous prospect database, accurate forecasts, and clear territory/account plans
  • Collaborate with Communications and Marketing on campaigns and content; lead high-quality RFP/RFI/RFQ responses
  • Support leadership in integrating AI/Machine Learning capabilities into the product roadmap and client value propositions
  • Champion company core values and compliance standards in every client interaction
  • Deal with clients in a professional and appropriate manner, in accordance with Bill Gosling's Promise of Performance, "The Gosling Theory" and all Company Policies.
Experience
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in BFIS, with a strong track record selling to regional/community banks and credit unions
  • 5+ years selling BPO/CX/CCaaS/AI or adjacent technology-enabled services to regulated financial institutions
  • Proven history of winning multi-year, multi-million-dollar deals and meeting/exceeding annual new-logo quotas
  • Established executive network within community banks and credit unions; ability to open doors quickly
  • Deep understanding of FI operations across customer/member care, collections and recovery, loan servicing, payment operations, fraud/KYC/AML support, and back-office processing
  • Knowledge of the customer care industry and the role of BPO companies; comfort selling nearshore/offshore delivery
Education
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • College Diploma or University Degree (Business or Technical preferred)
