Summary
The Vice President, Fuel Markets is responsible for driving profitable growth and strengthening market leadership for Xerxes' fuel business across North America. This executive role owns full P&L accountability, leads national sales strategy, and partners across the organization to deliver operational excellence and customer value. Success in this role directly influences revenue growth, margin performance, customer retention, and the longterm commercial position of Xerxes within Mattr Infrastructure Technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Own full P&L performance, including pricing strategy, budgeting, forecasting, margin optimization, and cost control to deliver profitable growth.
  • Lead and execute the fuel market sales strategy, expanding market share and strengthening strategic and national customer relationships.
  • Partner closely with operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to ensure service excellence, operational efficiency, and consistent execution.
  • Provide strong people leadership by developing, engaging, and leading sales and support teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Champion quality, health, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance while managing commercial and operational risk.
  • Represent the business at an executive level with customers and internal stakeholders, influencing decisions through strategic insight and effective communication.

Qualifications
  • University degree in Business or Engineering; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment with seniorlevel commercial responsibility.
  • Experience in fuel markets, petroleum equipment, tanks, or closely related infrastructure or industrial sectors.
  • Proven success managing large national accounts and complex B2B commercial sales organizations.
  • Strong expertise in pricing strategy, margin management, financial analysis, forecasting, and P&L ownership.
  • Advanced capability in contract negotiation, commercial risk management, and strategic decisionmaking.
  • Demonstrated executivelevel leadership skills, including people development, crossfunctional collaboration, and strategic execution.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30-50% as required.
