Vice President and Private Banker
The National Bank of Indianapolis is seeking a Vice President and Private Banker to develop and manage high-value client relationships while driving portfolio growth and delivering exceptional service.
This role blends business development, credit expertise, and relationship management serving as a trusted advisor to clients while partnering across the Bank to provide tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new client relationships and expand an existing Private Banking portfolio
  • Structure and manage lending solutions, including home equity lines, personal loans, and credit facilities
  • Oversee portfolio credit quality, including risk management, financial reporting, and exception resolution
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver integrated banking and wealth solutions
  • Supervise and coach a Client Support Manager
  • Drive client engagement through regular contact, events, and community involvement

Qualifications
