Job description

Overview

Are you an operations leader who thinks like an owner and builds for scale? If that sounds like you, keep reading, we'd like to meet you.

We're hiring a VP of Operations to help lead the next chapter here at PEC (Pacific Energy Concepts). We\'ve been at this for more than 17 years, long enough to earn a real reputation, and we\'re still growing fast. We work hard, laugh hard, and build genuinely good things together. Our core values, Build to Last, Do the Right Thing, Play to Win, and Push the Envelope, aren\'t the empty talking points you\'ll find stenciled on most office walls. They\'re how we hire, how we operate, and how we make decisions.

We\'re North America\'s most innovative energy optimization company. We deliver customized energy-efficiency solutions (LED Lighting, Advanced Controls, Energy Monitoring, and EV Charging Stations) that go beyond energy savings, helping our partners run efficient, save money, and work happy, all while reducing their carbon footprint.

With deep expertise across the energy-efficiency industry, we design, develop, and deploy targeted solutions in some of the most complex and specialized environments out there. It\'s why brands like Costco, IKEA, Jeld-Wen, and Alaska Airlines (to name a few of the 5,000+ companies we work with) put their trust in us.
