As ZIWI continues its growth journey, we are seeking an exceptional Vice President, Supply Chain, North America to lead supply chain performance across one of our largest and strategically important markets.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, North America, this role will be a key member of the North American Leadership Team and will provide strategic leadership across planning, inventory management, customer service, logistics, distribution, and operations. Leading a team of five direct reports, the Vice President will be responsible for building organizational capability, developing future leaders, and fostering a high-performance culture that delivers exceptional customer and business outcomes.

The Vice President will play a critical role in ensuring the North American supply chain supports ZIWI's growth ambitions, customer commitments, and financial objectives. Working closely with the General Manager Global Supply Chain and wider global teams based in New Zealand, this leader will drive excellence, strengthen supply chain resilience, improve business performance, and build the capabilities required to deliver market growth.

This is a unique opportunity for a proven and dynamic supply chain executive to lead transformation across North America. A key focus will be strengthening end-to-end supply chain performance, enhancing customer service and logistics capabilities, embedding new technologies and processes, and supporting a successful systems implementation.

What You'll Bring to the Role
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across supply chain, operations, logistics, manufacturing, procurement, or related disciplines.
  • Proven success leading integrated supply chain organizations within food, pet food, consumer goods, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Deep expertise across planning, inventory management, customer service, logistics, distribution, and operational performance, with a strong focus on delivering customer and business outcomes.
  • A track record of driving transformation and continuous improvement, including ERP implementations, process optimization, and organizational capability building.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to balance growth, customer service, working capital, and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience building high-performing teams and influencing across complex, matrixed, and global organizations.
