About this role
The Senior Vice President, Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Partnerships leads Prescryptive's pharmaceutical manufacturer sales/business development efforts. This important leader will have the accountability for originating and closing enterprise partnerships that drive growth in our Digital Prescription Services offering (powering manufacturers' direct channel strategies), and our Direct Pharma Marketplace (enabling manufacturers to bring direct net pricing to employers/payors). This is an externally facing executive role for a proven business development leader who can target, develop and convert relationships with senior pharmaceutical leaders into structured partnerships and executed agreements that enable measurable revenue growth and marketplace impact.
The SVP operates across strategy and execution -collaborating on priorities, building the pipeline and personally closing deals. This role requires a builder mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to create structure, drive accountability, and generate momentum.
Key Accountabilities
  • Define manufacturer strategy: Define and execute engagement strategy, including target accounts, partnership models, and market approach.
  • Deliver marketplace impact and revenue: Generate measurable revenue through executed agreements across Digital Prescription Services and Direct Pharma Marketplace
  • Close enterprise agreements: Secure large, complex agreements that establish Prescryptive as a scaled market access partner.
  • Establish market position: Position Prescryptive as the market leading technology company powering manufacturers' direct access strategies.

Position Responsibilities
  • Identify, Engage and influence senior pharmaceutical leaders across Brand Leaders, Market Access, Trade / Channel, Innovation, and National Accounts, advancing opportunities through the full deal lifecycle
  • Own and execute manufacturer partnership strategy, setting clear targets and accountability for revenue growth and market expansion
  • Lead negotiations, including deal structuring, pricing alignment, and contract execution
  • Maintain clear visibility into pipeline performance, deal progression, and revenue forecasting to inform decision-making
  • Contribute as a market leader and ambassador for Prescryptive, shaping external perception and building credibility with pharmaceutical executives and industry stakeholders
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership to accelerate deal progression
  • Leverage data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to inform deal strategy and improve decision-making and prioritization

Required Skills, Abilities, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field
  • 10+ years of business development, market access, or strategic partnership experience within the pharmaceutical ecosystem
  • 5+ years of direct, commercial experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers (market access, trade, pricing, or partnerships)
  • Proven track record of originating and closing complex, high-value agreements
  • Demonstrated ability to generate net-new business and deliver measurable revenue outcomes
  • Established, actively leveraged relationships with senior pharmaceutical executives
  • Deep understanding of manufacturer economics, including pricing, gross-to-net dynamics, and market access strategy
  • Ability to navigate complex pharmaceutical organizations and align senior stakeholders
  • Strong executive presence and persuasive communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, data-driven decision-making, and AI-enabled tools

Ideally you will also have
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, health economics, or related discipline

What we have to offer
  • The opportunity to grow alongside an early-stage company shaking up a big, old-fashioned industry
  • Flexible time off, including 12 paid holidays
  • 401k match plus 100% employer paid medical, dental, and vision premiums
  • Company contribution to Health Savings Account
  • Stock options

Prescryptive is committed to fair pay practices. The projected annual salary for this position is $240K to $275K + opportunity for significant variable compensation. When preparing an offer, we consider the candidates resume, experience, interview feedback, internal equity, and location.
