Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the connective tissue across Growth, Sales, Finance, and Marketing
  • Ensure operational capabilities enable innovation and growth strategies
  • Drive alignment between demand generation and supply capabilities
  • Partner closely with the CEO and business leaders.

Strategic & Executive Leadership

  • Proven track record leading complex operations and supply chains at scale in the US
  • Experience in omnichannel environments (Retail, DTC, Amazon)

  • Experience working with co-manufacturing and external supplier networks
  • Prior GM, business unit leadership, or P&L exposure strongly preferred

Attributes and Capabilities
