Regions: Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee

Luxor Healthcare Group is expanding and seeking a bold, experienced leader to serve as our Regional Vice President of Operations. This position oversees multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers across Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee and works under the Vice President of Operations, providing direct support and leadership across all assigned facilities.

About the Role:

The Regional Vice President of Operations will oversee and support facility Administrators, ensuring that each building operates at peak performance. This includes guiding leadership teams, monitoring quality outcomes, maintaining compliance, and driving both census and financial growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Directly oversee and mentor facility Administrators across the region

  • Ensure facilities meet or exceed census, quality, and financial targets

  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and company standards

  • Partner with Administrators to strengthen staff engagement and retention

  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Operations on strategic planning and performance improvement initiatives

  • Lead with confidence and accountability to ensure operational excellence across all assigned facilities

Qualifications:
  • Proven multi-site leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care operations

  • Active LNHA license strongly preferred

  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, budgeting, and reimbursement
