Job description

Vice President, Channel Partnerships & Growth
Location: Global / Remote
Reports to: CEO
Compensation: Competitive base + aggressive, uncapped upside
Quota: Mandatory (revenue & FTE-based)
Role Summary (Read This First)
The Vice President of Channel Partnerships & Growth is responsible for building and monetizing an indirect sales engine for ContactPoint360.
This role owns partner-sourced revenue - not influence, not brand, not alliances.
Your mission is simple:
Recruit, activate, and scale partners who sell CP360's BPO services and deliver measurable revenue and FTE growth.
If you enjoy relationship building without quotas, this role is not for you.
What You Will Own (Non-Negotiable)
1. Partner-Sourced Revenue
  • Own a hard annual revenue and FTE target (e.g., $5M-$10M ARR / 500-1,000 FTEs)
  • Be accountable ONLY for partner-sourced deals
  • Forecast partner pipelines with accuracy and discipline

2. Partner Recruitment
  • You will actively recruit and onboard high-value partners, including:
  • Private Equity operating partners & portfolio advisors
  • Industry consultants and former CX / Operations executives
  • SaaS, CCaaS, and CX technology vendors
  • Systems integrators and ecosystem players (utilities, telco, healthcare)
  • Strategic advisors with direct buyer access

You are expected to bring partners with active deal flow, not theoretical potential.
3. Partner Activation & Enablement
  • Define when, why, and how partners should bring CP360 into deals
  • Create simple partner talk tracks (30-second pitch)
  • Align incentives clearly (revenue share, success-based payouts)
  • Treat partners as a quota-carrying sales force

Partners who don't produce are removed.
4. Co-Sell & Deal Control
  • Support partners in live deals when needed
  • Ensure pricing integrity, deal quality, and ICP fit
  • Partner closely with Direct Sales, Finance, and Operations
  • Protect CP360's brand, margins, and delivery standards

5. Scale What Works
  • Identify top-performing partner profiles
  • Build repeatable partner playbooks
  • Expand high-performing partners across geos and verticals
  • Prepare the channel engine for scale (people, process, reporting)

What You Will NOT Do
  • No PR or brand-only partnerships
  • No "strategic alliance" theater
  • No partner logos without revenue
  • No long enablement cycles
  • No influence-only credit

Success Metrics
You will be measured on:
  • Partner-sourced ARR
  • Partner-sourced FTEs
  • Active revenue-producing partners
  • Deal velocity and close rates
  • Pipeline accuracy

Ideal Background
  • 10+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or indirect revenue roles
  • Proven experience building revenue-producing partner channels
  • Strong understanding of BPO, CX, outsourcing, or adjacent ecosystems
  • Comfortable with executive-level conversations (PE, C-suite, founders)
  • Operator mindset - execution over theory

Required Mindset
  • Revenue-first
  • High urgency
  • Zero ego
  • Comfortable being measured
  • Comfortable being uncomfortable

Why This Role Matters
ContactPoint360 is scaling aggressively across geographies and verticals.
This role is a core growth lever, not a support function.
If successful, this position will become one of the most impactful and highly compensated leadership roles in the company.
CEO Litmus Test
You should be able to say:
"Within 90 days, I can name specific partners who will generate real pipeline and closed revenue for CP360."
If you can't - this role is not a fit.
