  • Partner with operational leaders to align best practices while preserving critical customer and employee relationships
  • Monitor integration performance and ensure expected business outcomes are achieved

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on organizational efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence
  • Establish repeatable processes and frameworks that support continued acquisition activity
  • Identify bottlenecks, organizational challenges, and execution risks across the business
  • Drive process improvement efforts that improve visibility, accountability, and decision-making

Executive Leadership Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on integration strategy, organizational effectiveness, and change management
  • Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide regular integration status reporting
  • Support strategic planning efforts tied to growth initiatives and future acquisitions
  • Build strong relationships with leaders across operations, finance, HR, legal, technology, and business development

Change Management & Communication

  • Develop communication strategies that support successful organizational transitions
  • Ensure employees, leaders, and stakeholders remain aligned throughout integration efforts
  • Help foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence during periods of growth and change
  • Act as a bridge between acquired organizations and corporate leadership teams

What We Are Looking For

  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading integration, corporate strategy, business transformation, operational excellence, consulting, or M&A-related initiatives
  • Proven track record integrating acquired businesses and driving post-merger value creation
  • Experience working within private equity backed, public company, industrial services, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, or similarly complex operational environments
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Exceptional project management and organizational leadership capabilities
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through periods of significant change
  • Strong analytical, financial, and operational business acumen
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA or advanced business degree preferred
  • Additional certifications in project management, change management, strategy, or operational excellence are valued
