Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-performing growth marketing team with clear KPIs tied to pipeline impact and revenue outcomes.
  • Prioritize team efforts around target accounts, upsell opportunities, and in-year renewals to maximize efficient use of time.
  • Oversee and activate sales engagement, sales support with tailored marketing plans focused on moving the needle with renewals and upsell/cross sell initiatives.

Pitch Theatre & Storytelling

  • At the solution level, ensure storytelling is clear, differentiated, simple and industry/account-relevant, balancing standardized content with purposeful customization based on client context and growth opportunity.
  • Lead the creation of executive-ready narratives, pitch decks, proposals, and RFP responses in close partnership with Sales and Program Management for select, high priority brands.
  • Apply an AI-first mindset to modernize pitch development and enhance speed, quality, and effectiveness.

New Business & Revenue Growth

  • Drive bespoke sales enablement for priority new and existing accounts through account-tailored enablement and solution storytelling, blending standard content with customized marketing strategies-developed in partnership with the broader marketing organization-to scale enablement and drive conversion.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify target markets, high-value accounts, and expansion opportunities

  • Showcase in-flight and successful key account programs on client partner leadership calls to drive awareness, replication, and adoption across other prioritized accounts.
