Job description

Job Overview:
At Keurig Dr Pepper, our vision is to make available a beverage for every need, anytime, anywhere.
We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Go-To-Market Strategy. The licensing team is at the core of that vision, amplifying our route-to-market advantage by utilizing both company-owned distribution and the licensed bottling networks (Pepsi, Coke, and Independent bottlers) to ensure KDP efficiently and effectively markets our products to meet every consumer occasion. Reporting to the Vice President of Licensing and a cross functional leadership team, the Senior Manager, Licensing Strategy and Analysis will play a key role in optimizing KDP's route-to-market through near-term and long-term strategic analysis, portfolio route-to-market optimization, emerging route-to-market development, financial analysis, distributor M&A support and project leadership of key route-to-market initiatives. This role will also be responsible for proactively monitoring changes in the external environment to continually inform and adapt KDP's route-to-market strategy.
This position is based at our HQ in Frisco, TX and will have a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days from home)
Position Responsibilities
  • Analyze KDP's current route-to-market by geography and trademark to further understand opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals
  • Partner with Licensing team peers and cross-functional partners to develop, improve and execute near-term and long-term route-to-market strategy
  • Work closely with Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and Beverage Concentrates operational leadership to align route-to-market strategy to organizational needs
  • Provide cross-functional project leadership of key route-to-market initiatives (e.g. bottler acquisitions, portfolio expansions)
  • Provide strategic thought leadership on emerging and non-DSD routes-to-market (e.g. ecommerce, foodservice, on-premise) and how to ensure availability of our products to all consumers
  • Develop future state distribution blueprints to quickly and comprehensively enable the launch of new brands across categories
  • Support distributor M&A through the identification, analysis, sizing, and vetting of opportunities, to include developing and making recommendations to senior leadership for action.
  • Implement the tools, technologies, and processes required to enable a dynamic licensing team with proactive decision-making capabilities

Total Rewards:
  • Salary range $130,700 - $160,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Master's Degree preferred
  • 5-7+ years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated history of professional, academic, and personal excellence
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Preferred
  • 4+ years at a leading CPG company in an analytical function (e.g., strategy, finance, brand strategy) or 2+ years of management consulting experience
