Job description

JPMC is seeking a Vice President to join our Human Resource M&A & People Movement Initiatives team! 

As a People Movement Infrastructure - Vice President within Human Resources, you will drive optimization across the team's key areas - relocations, expat assignments, cross-border taxes, immigration and acquisitions.  You will be responsible for overseeing governance, operational effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and program strategy to support the company's global workforce objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of global mobility, tax & immigration operations, with demonstrated performance in cross-functional collaboration, project management, and process improvement in a large, global company. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in vendor analytics across relocation, immigration, tax, and mobility providers-including performance governance, SLA/KPI monitoring, contract oversight, and day-to-day service delivery coordination; identify cost savings opportunities, program benefit 
  • Partner with Global Mobility team leads to run quarterly exception governance, delivering root-cause analysis, trend insights, and clear recommendations on policy updates and control enhancements
  • Orchestrate cross-functional inputsfrom Global Mobility leads to deliver accurate, timely weekly HR leadership updates andexecutive-readymonthly business review materials
  • Build and maintain a consolidated mobility MI suite(program metrics, dashboards, and reporting) to track volume, cost, cycle time, employee experience, and operational effectiveness
  • Drive continuous improvement and automationacross the mobility operating model-identifying bottlenecks, standardizing processes, and delivering measurable efficiency gains
  • Lead business resiliency and records management execution, including data retention and destruction activities, ensuring alignment with firmwide compliance requirements
  • Coordinate internal controls and audit supportby partnering with Global Mobility leads (or delegates) to ensure documentation, approvals, and operational evidence are complete, current, and inspection-ready
  • Lead and/or support global mobility initiativesincluding project delivery, system implementations, and policy enhancements from design through rollout and adoption
  • Build and sustain senior stakeholder relationshipsacross regions, aligning priorities and ensuring consistent delivery across a global partner ecosystem
  • Partner on core business management activitiesincluding headcount planning and budgeting, financial tracking and forecasting, controls execution, and day-to-day team operations to ensure disciplined governance and operational rigor

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 7 years of experience in HR product areas including, Global Mobility, Immigration, M&A, Employee Relations, HR Generalist 
  • Strong project managementskills; able to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and presentationskills for senior audiences; outstanding stakeholder managementandrelationship-buildingabilities
  • Commercial mindsetand ability to evaluate HR risks within the context of a deal 
  • Analytical mindsetwith experience using data to solve problems
  • Organizational skillsand attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable; thrives in an environment of shifting priorities; high integrityand discretion with confidential information

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Hands-on experience with digital tools, analytics,AIandautomation toolsis a plus
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excelskills; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus
  • Experience coordinating closely withtechnology, finance, and controlsteams is desirable
  • Prior experience inHR, M&A, global mobility, or business managementis beneficial -weseeka smart, driven individual eager to learn and grow
