We are growing quickly and intentionally - and we're looking for a Regional Vice President who can lead with clarity, operational rigor, and a deep commitment to service.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive regional performance, develop high-impact teams, and strengthen relationships with clients, facilities, and referral partners. • Oversee regional budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance
  • Develop and mentor regional management and sales teams, including remote leaders
  • Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, HQAA, CMS, and all corporate policies
  • Present regional performance, strategy, and outcomes to the executive team and Board
  • Support cross-functional initiatives that strengthen operations, culture, and growth

What You Bring

  • Background in complex rehab technology (CRT) required
  • Experience leading multi-site operations. This position currently oversees 10 states and 16 locations, as well as remote employees
  • Growth strategy and P&L ownership with the ability to see how to motivate change, identify gaps and create opportunities for continuous revenue growth
  • Strong track record of developing high-performing teams, including remote staff
  • Ability to build trust quickly and maintain strong client and partner relationships
  • Executive-level communication skills and comfort presenting to senior leadership
  • High standards, operational discipline, and a bias for action

Who You Are

  • A steady, confident leader who builds accountability without drama
  • Someone who values clarity, transparency, and follow-through
  • A relationship-builder who represents the company with professionalism and warmth
  • A learner who stays current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Physical & Travel Requirements
  • Approximately 30% travel expected
  • Ability to sit, work at a computer, and participate in virtual or in-person meetings
  • Regional travel to company sites, client facilities, and corporate meetings

Pay Range: $175,000 - $218,000 per year
