Overview

Brandt is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead sales strategy, market growth, and team performance across our Compact Construction Equipment, Underground, Tree Care, and Utility Trailer divisions within the assigned region.

This executive leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing market share, strengthening supplier relationships, and developing high-performing sales teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning regional sales execution with Brandt’s long-term business strategy.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Lead regional sales growth, profitability, and market share performance
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans and forecasting initiatives
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage high-performing sales leaders and teams
  • Support inventory planning, asset management, and pricing strategies
  • Strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners

  • Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, planning, and operational goals
  • Represent Brandt at industry events and throughout the assigned territory
