The VP will source and manage best-in-class GPs while working closely with NAIFX portfolio managers to deploy capital effectively. The role focuses primarily on US-based managers in Asset-Based Lending, Specialty Finance, and Real Estate Debt offering both private credit funds and co-investments.Responsibilities include leading ideation, screening, vetting, analyzing, and negotiations on external GPs; managing, servicing, reviews, monitoring and surveillance of GPs in the portfolio; building performance analytics, attribution, and reporting tools; and overseeing ODD and LDD processes. The VP will maintain and expand a network of investment partners to identify primary, secondary, and co-investment opportunities. Investments may take the form of limited partnerships, SPV/JVs, co-investments, and secondaries market purchases.The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in private credit manager selection and research, with extensive quantitative, data management, and research skills. Familiarity with interval funds, private credit portfolio construction, and risk management is essential.
