Read This Before You Apply
This is a hunting role, full stop. Your job is to generate qualified pipeline that turns into bookings across Europe and other international markets. That is the whole job. You will spend your day on the phone and in the inbox, finding and engaging new prospects for our Marketing, Data, and SaaS software products. This is not a role where you set strategy, manage people, sit in planning sessions, or spend a year slowly building relationships before producing results.
We are a U.S.-based, growth equity-backed SaaS company, and we operate at that pace. We expect you to meet our standards from day one. We are not going to slow down or reshape how we work to fit a more comfortable way of working. The people who win here are self-starters who hustle, want to win, can hold themselves accountable to performance metrics, and can operate independently without day-to-day oversight. They are organized, relentless, and competitive, and they treat their pipeline number as a personal obligation.
If a hard daily activity floor and a number you own every single week sound exhausting, please do not apply. If that sounds like the environment you have been waiting for, keep reading.
What You Will Do
- Make a minimum of 30 outbound touches (phone calls and emails) every day to identify and engage new prospects across Europe and other non-North American markets. This is a floor, not a stretch target.
- Prospect enterprise and strategic accounts: breweries and beverage producers, distributors, retail and hospitality groups, and industry organizations.
- Run a disciplined, consultative outbound motion to open conversations, get past objections, and earn meetings with senior decision-makers.
- Establish the need for and value of our Marketing, Data, and SaaS software products, identify the real decision-makers, and book qualified meetings and demos that convert into pipeline.
- Own and manage your pipeline from first touch through qualified opportunity, and keep every record accurate and current in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Track your own numbers daily and manage yourself against them without anyone having to ask.
- Use the sales tools, data, and processes we give you, exactly as intended.
- Tailor your approach to local buying culture and language across European markets, and ensure all prospecting is compliant with GDPR and local data protection rules.
- Hit your number. You will be measured on the qualified pipeline you generate and the bookings it drives.
- Represent Next Glass at B2B conferences and events when appropriate, at the manager's discretion.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role is simple to measure and impossible to fake. You consistently clear the 30+ daily touch floor, you book qualified meetings week after week, and you build a steady, growing book of qualified pipeline that converts to bookings. You do this on your own initiative, every day, without being chased.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of demonstrated ability to drive enterprise pipeline at a B2B SaaS company or in a similar environment.
- A documented track record of consistently meeting or beating outbound activity and pipeline targets. Be ready to show us your numbers.
- Comfortable making 30+ phone calls and emails per day to identify new prospects for our offerings. This is core to the role, every single day. You pair this productivity with sharp account research, so every touch is relevant and adds value to our sales funnel.
- A self-starter who runs independently and does not need day-to-day management to stay productive.
- Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and is energized, not drained, by a hard daily activity floor.
- Resilient and persistent in the face of frequent rejection.
- Exceptional phone and written communication skills, and genuine comfort with high touch volume.
- Compensation-driven mindset with a real desire to build a career in sales.
- Based in Europe with the right to work without sponsorship.
- Professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Proficiency with AI Tools (Claude) and CRM (Salesforce preferred) and standard sales tools such as Slack, Google Suite, and Zoom.
A Plus
- Additional European languages (Dutch, German, French, or Spanish).
- An existing network in beverage alcohol, hospitality, or FMCG.
- Familiarity with the craft beer and broader beverage ecosystem.
- Experience selling Marketing, Data, or SaaS software products.
Physical and/or Worksite Requirements
- Remote / hybrid role based in Europe.
- Must have the right to work in Europe without sponsorship.
- High-volume, daily phone- and computer-based work (a floor of 30+ outbound touches per day).
- Occasional travel to represent Next Glass at B2B conferences and events, at the manager's discretion.
Compensation
Competitive base salary commensurate with your experience, plus variable compensation tied to our European team's quarterly quota attainment. This is a quota-carrying role. We pay for performance.
