Job Title: Design Team Coordinator
Reports to: VP, Design - UGG Footwear
Location: Goleta, CA (Hybrid)
Typically, 3 times per week in office, Tuesday - Thursday
The Role
As a Design Coordinator for the UGG Footwear Design Team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the creative and operational flow of the team. You'll partner closely with Product Line Managers, Product Development, and the Materials team to ensure high-quality and timely execution of each collection. Your work will help keep the team organized, connected, and ready to deliver exceptional results.

Your Impact
  • Provide administrative support to the VP, Design and Senior Design Directors, including scheduling meetings and maintaining the team deadline calendar
  • Assist with creating PowerPoint presentations for milestone meetings and manage contracts for outside contractors and consultants
  • Train new hires on processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for key meetings
  • Act as Department Procurement Representative, handling purchase orders, invoices, and payments
  • Maintain uniform and retrievable filing systems for CADS tech-packs and other documents
  • Coordinate information across PD, Materials Team, PLMs, and Design throughout the season
  • Keep the Design room updated with seasonal direction and briefs, and organize Design Team Kickoffs
  • Support seasonal storytelling and material stories, review design documents for accuracy, and manage design room supplies
  • Assist the Design Team in preparing for meetings, organize samples, and archive materials each season
  • Travel with the Design and Product Development Team as needed

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience performing administrative tasks, adhering to project calendars, and executing against deadlines
  • Product design or graphic design background, or equivalent experience
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally
  • Experience in fashion, apparel, or product development
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Flexible, emotionally intelligent, and able to adapt quickly to change
  • Clear, precise verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and able to navigate ambiguity
  • Highly motivated, a team player, and self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Innovative thinker who brings new ideas to projects
