The Vice President, Data Strategy & Analytics, Agency Accounts reports to the Senior Vice President, Data Strategy & Analytics and serves as a strategic partner to Publicis Groupe agency teams and clients. This role is responsible for driving the adoption and growth of Epsilon's data, identity, analytics, and insights solutions across agency-managed accounts.

The Vice President collaborates closely with agency leadership, Client Growth, New Logo Sales, Product Management, Analytics, Legal, Finance, and Client Services teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and deliver measurable value for clients. The successful candidate will combine deep expertise in marketing data, consumer insights, analytics, and client engagement to support revenue growth and strengthen strategic client relationships.

Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development & Client Partnership

  • Partner with Publicis Groupe agency teams to complete market penetration strategies and drive adoption of Epsilon data and identity solutions.
  • Support the sale and implementation of Consumer Insights, Audience Segmentation, Customer Profiles, Analytics Solutions, TotalSource Plus Data Enhancements, and Transactional Spend Data solutions.
  • Collaborate with Client Growth and New Logo teams to identify, scope, and develop new business opportunities across Publicis Groupe accounts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to agency and client partners by translating data and analytics capabilities into business value and actionable recommendations.

Opportunity Management & Solution Development

  • Manage Contact Complete and data hygiene opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Lead Analytics and Consumer Insights opportunities across multiple industry verticals.
  • Develop solution recommendations, implementation plans, pricing models, contracts, and client deliverables.
  • Document business workflows, data flows, and solution requirements to ensure successful implementation and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate the delivery of data and analytics solutions across Epsilon platforms and client environments.
  • Manage opportunity pipelines, maintain accurate forecasting, and provide regular status reporting through Salesforce and other reporting tools.

Analytics & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Analytics, Consumer Insights, Product Management, and Client Services teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client solutions.
  • Oversee analytical support and ensure findings are translated into meaningful business insights.
  • Support the development and presentation of client recommendations, findings, and business impact analyses.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to facilitate contract development and sales enablement activities.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Prepare and deliver pipeline, revenue, and business performance reporting.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting data within Salesforce and related systems.
  • Monitor progress against established business objectives and key performance indicators.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of client-facing experience within advertising, marketing, digital advertising, marketing technology, data, analytics, or related industries.
  • Experience supporting data, identity, analytics, audience, or marketing technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights, audience segmentation, marketing analytics, and customer data strategies.
  • Experience developing and presenting strategic recommendations to executive collaborators.
  • Ability to identify and recommend optimal data and analytics solutions to address client business challenges.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating across sales, product, analytics, and client-facing organizations.
  • Strong project management and opportunity management skills.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed environment.

Preferred

  • Advanced understanding of compiled demographic, behavioral, lifestyle, and financial data assets.
  • Experience supporting agency relationships or large enterprise marketing organizations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM systems, and sales pipeline management.
  • Advanced degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field.

 Compensation Range: USD $140,000.00 - USD $210,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
