SVP of Sales – Home Textiles
Location: Charlotte, NC

We're partnering with a global leader in home textiles to identify a Vice President of Sales who will play a key role in the future leadership of the organization.
This is more than a sales leadership role—it's an opportunity to work alongside the current EVP of Sales as part of a succession plan, with the goal of growing into executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the EVP of Sales to drive strategic growth across major retail accounts.
  • Manage key customer relationships with retailers such as Walmart, Costco, Amazon, and Target.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, product development, and overseas manufacturing teams.
  • Lead and mentor sales team members while helping build the future organization.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to customers, factories, and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Executive sales leadership experience within bedding, home textiles, or home furnishings.
  • Strong relationships with major retailers, particularly Walmart.
  • Experience working with product development, merchandising, and manufacturing.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to influence teams and drive business growth.
