Vice President, Financial Planning & AnalysisBeth Israel Lahey HealthPosition Summary:

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead enterprise-wide financial planning, performance management, and financial analytics. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Financial Operations & Corporate Accounting, this executive will serve as a key advisor to the CFO and senior leadership team, helping guide financial strategy, drive operational excellence, and support the long-term growth and sustainability of one of the nation's leading integrated healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, long-range financial planning, and capital planning processes.
  • Provide executive leadership with financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee financial modeling, service line profitability, ROI analysis, and growth initiatives.
  • Support Board and executive leadership through financial reporting, presentations, and decision support.
  • Develop enterprise dashboards, KPIs, benchmarking, and performance management processes.
  • Lead financial due diligence and analysis for strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and organizational growth initiatives.
  • Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across FP&A and finance shared services.
  • Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team while partnering across hospitals, physician enterprises, and corporate functions
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required; MBA, CPA, MHA, or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive healthcare finance experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Experience within large, complex integrated healthcare systems.
  • Deep expertise in healthcare finance, budgeting, forecasting, reimbursement, capital planning, and financial modeling.
  • Proven ability to influence executive leaders, lead organizational change, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Pay Range:

$220,900.00 USD - $292,600.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for additional compensation, which may include performance-based incentive bonuses.
