Responsibilities
  • Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
  • Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
  • Maintain proper follow up with customer within the CRM utilizing all tools within the system including, Video calling, phone calling, emailing, texting, and sending video presentations.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
  • Drive a Customer Survey Index above 90% by ensuring every new vehicle delivery meets high standards of customer satisfaction and overall experience.
  • Follow up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
  • Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons

Requirements
  • Six months of Sales Experience Preferred
  • Energetic and outgoing 'people persons' motivated to succeed
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA
  • Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
  • Must have a valid driver's license
