  • Collaborate with our Compliance, Tax, Legal, Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to align requirements, resolve issues, and deliver complete filings
  • Partner with data owners and technologists to validate data accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure end-to-end data completeness for reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process and control enhancements, implementing automation, and measuring operational performance
  • Develop and translate technical specifications with technologists, leveraging SQL, Python, and data visualization tools to operationalize reporting workflows

What's required

  • Direct experience with regulations and filings including Form PF, Form ADV, Section 13 filings, and transaction reporting regimes such as MIFID II, MAS OTC Derivatives reporting, and CFTC reporting
  • Technical expertise in SQL and Python, and operational experience integrating GenAI process solutions into reporting processes using Databricks, Alteryx, and data visualization tools

  • Meticulous attention to detail when preparing, reviewing, and reconciling regulatory submissions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing formal responses to regulators
  • Inquisitive and analytical mindset with the ability to conduct detailed analysis with limited guidance, gather and synthesize information, and draw fact-based conclusions and recommendations
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards
