What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a volunteer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Volunteer, you need a willingness to help others, reliability, and a basic understanding of the organization's mission, though formal qualifications are typically not required. Familiarity with common digital tools like email, scheduling platforms, or volunteer management systems can be beneficial.
