Tuscany Park Apartments is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team in San Antonio, TX.


The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects while maintaining strong organizational and administrative support within the leasing office. This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism at all times.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
  • Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups
  • Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
  • Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports
  • Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks
  • Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with property management software required: OneSite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous leasing or property management experience preferred
