The Residency Pastor serves as a key leader within CCV's Leadership Institute, responsible for recruiting, developing, and shepherding ministry residents as they prepare for future ministry leadership. This role provides spiritual, pastoral, and leadership formation through intentional training, mentorship, and handson ministry experiences, while partnering closely with campus, department, HR, and central support teams to ensure a healthy, scalable residency program.
