General Description WELCOME TO VIP - VOLUNTEER IN PASCO. Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer with the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners and giving back to your community. In Pasco County, we strive to provide excellent public services that meet the needs of our citizens and enhance the quality of live for our residents and visitors.

You can view the VIP Manual at the below listed website, prior to completing the VIP application: VIP Manual Essential Job Functions The Division of Veteran Services welcomes applications for prospective volunteers . Volunteers within Veteran Services will offer clerical support to division staff in duties such as greeting and assisting walk-in citizens, answering phone calls, assisting with paperwork, preparing mail, filing and other various tasks as needed. This position offers volunteers an opportunity to get to know more about the Veteran Services field.

If you are interested in learning more about this field, helping people, and/or providing amazing customer service we encourage you to apply with our division today. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Additional release forms, background check authorizations, and parental consent forms may be required prior to the first day of volunteer activities. Minimum Requirements Applicants age 16 and over will be considered for volunteer/intern opportunities.
